Ordering & Customisation

How do I place an order?

Simply add your chosen products to cart and complete checkout on our website.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to Whatsapp, where you can send your photos and submit any customisation details you need to.

This helps us ensure we receive your images and information clearly so we can create your order exactly as requested.


What kind of photos should I upload?

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading clear, high-resolution photos that are well-lit and in focus. Screenshot photos are not recommended as these tend to be low quality and printing will reflect as such.

Photo shape (aspect ratio) also matters.
This simply means the shape of your photo—whether it’s square, tall, or wide—can affect how it fits onto your chosen product.

For example:

  • A square photo works best for 5cm x 5cm magnets
  • A portrait (tall) photo may suit sizes like 6cm x 8cm
  • A landscape (wide) photo may need some cropping to fit correctly

Don’t worry—we will carefully crop your image where necessary to fit the size you’ve ordered while keeping the main focus of your photo (such as faces or important details) visible.


Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes—but because we begin processing custom orders quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.


Can I preview my design before it is made?

At this time, we do not offer design previews before production.

However, every photo is carefully reviewed and, where needed, professionally cropped to suit the size of the product you’ve ordered (such as 5x5cm, 6x8cm, etc.), while keeping the most important parts of your image in focus.


Production & Shipping

How long will my order take?

Our production time depends on the quantity ordered, but we strive to complete and prepare all orders within 2 business days wherever possible.

Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and courier service.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to you via:

  • Email or
  • WhatsApp

This allows you to easily follow your parcel’s journey.


Do you ship nationwide?

Yes—we ship throughout South Africa usually via PUDO. If you prefer another courier service please contact us, additional costs may apply

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect photos submitted
  • Customer personalisation errors
  • Incorrect product choices made during ordering

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Product Care

How do I care for my magnets?

To keep your magnets looking their best:

  • Keep them dry and clean
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat

How do I care for my dry erase products?

Our reusable dry erase products are designed to be wiped clean and used again and again.

Important marker note:
Some whiteboard markers may stain certain surfaces if left on too long.

For best results, we recommend using Penflex Whiteboard Markers or other high-quality dry erase markers.

If using a different marker brand, please test it first:

  1. Write on a small area
  2. Leave it for 24 hours
  3. Wipe clean to check for staining before regular use

This helps ensure your product stays in excellent condition.
