At Magnet Mama, each product is custom-made and personalised specifically for you. Because of the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind or customer ordering errors.
Custom Orders
Please review all photos, spelling, custom details, and order information carefully before submitting your order. Once your order has been placed and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect photo uploads
- Spelling or personalisation errors submitted by the customer
- Incorrect product selections or quantities ordered
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
As each order is produced by hand-manufacturing your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email or Whatsapp us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or error
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin processing custom orders quickly, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
