Because all of our products are personalised and made to order, please allow 1-3 business days (depending on quantity) for your order to be created and prepared for shipping.

Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Local Delivery(Within Kimberley): 1–2 business days
• National Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on your location.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website when applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. While we will gladly assist where possible, we cannot guarantee courier delivery times or accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
